The 7th annual event will take place on Saturday, November 18th, featuring keynote speakers, workout sessions and recovery experiences
The seventh annual Strong New York Fitness & Wellness Expo will be held on Saturday, November 18, 2023, from 10 am to 6 pm EST at The Glasshouse in New York City. Strong New York, founded by Kenny Santucci, will bring together industry leaders, fitness enthusiasts, and wellness pioneers for a day of education and inspiration.
This year’s expo boasts an impressive lineup of keynote speakers and panelists, including celebrity trainers Don Saladino and Gunnar Peterson, bodybuilder C.T. Fletcher, and an array of experts spanning functional medicine, nutrition, brain coaching, neuroscience, sports performance and wellness. Notable names such as Dr. Gabrielle Lyon, Adam Bornstein, Dr. Louisa Nicola, Dr. Emily McDonald, Derek Hansen, Mike Mutzel, Jennifer Cohen and Dr. William Li will contribute their expertise, fostering engaging conversations on the future of fitness and wellness.
“Strong New York is the only inclusive event that brings together the world’s premier wellness leaders, professionals, and brands all under one roof for the sake of strengthening the health and fitness community,” Santucci told Athletech News. “It’s a place where participants and presenters alike can learn from each other, explore all facets of the industry, and leave feeling fulfilled and inspired, whether that’s because they tried a new workout they have always wanted to do, or heard from some of the top names pioneering the industry.”
The headline workout session will be led by the cult-favorite group fitness studio AARMY, along with other studios and professionals such as Rumble, Tone House, Lyon’s Den Yoga, Renzo Gracie Academy and many more. Exclusive recovery experiences, including offerings from Therabody and ES Health, will be available on-site, featuring cold plunges, IV therapy, acupuncture treatments, cupping and more.
The Expo, for the first time, will also include events for children.
“Strong New York will have special programming for children, including jiu-jitsu and gymnastics, which makes the event a full family affair,” Santucci said. “There is nothing more inspiring than seeing both adults and children alike get excited and inspired by physical activity and finding experiences that challenge them both mentally and physically.”
